Corporate entities

Dependence without alternative / dependence with options

The distinction that gives the asymmetry of the symbiosis. The human, dependent on the corporate entity, has no alternative — at the modern scale, existing is not possible without the corporate entity. The corporate entity also depends on the human, but this dependence has options: which leader, which system, how much of a lower class. The side dependent without alternative is structurally weak against the side dependent with options.
