Owned structure
A structure in which the source is concentrated in a closed upper class, the carrier-protection brake has come undone and value flows in one direction — upward. It is not a type of corporate entity but a genus that both types can instantiate; the capital-centered structure and the aristocratic will-centered structure are its two forms.
