Capacity plateau
The above-threshold plateau on which capacity settles in the typical adult in the domain of “commanding one's own time-energy.” The meaning of the plateau is not that capacities are identical, but that the differences between them cannot be converted into a right of command: even if the difference can be ranked, the ranking cannot be turned into a right to command someone else's tap.
