Corporate reversion

In a capital-centered structure, the exit of the substitutable instrument — the lower class — from the equation purifies the structure down to its own substance: the human component narrows to the owner, and what remains is owner and idea. Because the source (capital) stays in place, the sub-type and the mode of operation are preserved; reversion is the form in which the actual reality of the corporate entity converges most closely on its own definition — the symbiosis of human and idea. It is not the replacement of the substance but the falling away of the accidents; replacement of the substance is extinction. The naked corporate entity arrives at the same substance by losing its sub-type. "Reversion" is used in the sense of a phenomenon shedding its accumulated load and returning to its own form, not in the sense of distillation.
