Hegemony

Dissolving ideology (liberalism)

A type of ideology that produces no collective identity but, on the contrary, dissolves the collective. Other ideologies use fraternity; liberalism blocks it. When fraternity is blocked, neither can a new hegemony be established nor can the existing one be overthrown: atomization freezes all hegemonic movements, and the existing structure stays in place.
